1.Refund:

Payment Confirmation Method:

1. Confirmation: You will receive a payment confirmation via Email/SMS within 24 hr. The confirmation will include a receipt of your payment for your records.

2 Products: As a digital marketing company, we do not sell physical products. However, if there are any concerns with the digital products or assets delivered to you as part of a service package, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and address it accordingly.

 2.Returns Policy:

2.1 Services: Due to the nature of our services being primarily digital and intellectual property-based ’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.” please contact us, and we will work to address your concerns. We will refund it to origin payment method and there is no any option for transfer it to third party bank account or credit card. 

2.2 Products: if you claim for refund we should discontinue your services on immidate basis. if want the same services need to pay it again with new payment method.

 3. Cancelation:

Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
